Spinel laminar air flow cabinet is a Clean Bench designed to prevent contamination of semiconductor wafers, biological samples, or any particle sensitive device. Laminar air Flow principle involves double filtration of air. Atmospheric air is drawn through pre filter and is made to pass through highly effective HEPA (High Efficiency Particulate Air) filters having efficiency rating as high as 99.99% , retaining all airborne particles of size 0.3 micron and larger. Double filtered air blows in laminar flow through the work table at designed velocity of 70 FPM-110FPM(Avg. Air flow velocity 90 FPM)


GMP models are in total stainless steel (Inside S. S 304 with mirror finish and outside. S.S 304 dull finish and inner S.S316 is also available on request at extra cost ) and the unit is mounted on caster wheels for ease of mobility.

The cooling is effected by CFC free refrigeration system with a condensing unit located inside the chamber. SPINEL condensing units are characterised by high-efficiency heat transfer and low power consumption.

CFC free Eco friendly refrigeration system, Inner grooved copper tubes and slit aluminum fins for superior heat transfer.

Audio visual alarm when temperature deviates from set temperature, Overload protector to safe guard the compressor Optional 4.3” HMI with color Display and touch screen, Multi level Password protected Human Machine Interface (HMI).
