InfinityLab Poroshell 120 superficially porous columns for normal phase HPLC and supercritical fluid chromatography (SFC) offer exceptional efficiency and reliability. Unique, chemistries including Poroshell 120 EC-CN, HILIC, and HILIC-Z (HILIC phases in SFC only), are available in up to three particle diameters, 1.9 μm, 2.7 μm, and 4 μm. These options provide a broad range of selectivity for your analytical method development and are scalable from traditional HPLC to UHPLC and through to ultralow dispersion UHPLC.

Zorbax Normal Phase SFC Columns

InfinityLab Poroshell 120 HILIC columns for hydrophilic interaction liquid chromatography (HILIC) are designed for the retention and high-resolution separation of small polar analytes. The superficially porous character of the particles decreases equilibration times to improve throughput for both isocratic and gradient separations. Agilent offers three unique, orthogonal HILIC phases: bare silica (HILIC), polyhydroxy fructan (HILIC-OH5), and zwitterionic (HILIC-Z).

Zorbax HILIC

Agilent ZORBAX HILIC columns are designed for hydrophilic interaction chromatography (HILIC) applications and are typically used for the retention and resolution of small polar compounds. These columns are a traditional, fully porous alternative for your HILIC method development. The robustness and reproducibility of HILIC separations on ZORBAX columns help to switch from challenging, often MS-incompatible ion pair chromatography and normal phase applications.

Ion Exclusion/Ligand Exchange Columns

Hi-Plex Column

Hi-Plex HPLC columns provide reliable carbohydrate analysis with simple instrument requirements. Unlike ion chromatography columns, Hi-Plex columns use pure water or dilute acid on a standard HPLC, and do not require ion regeneration or suppressors. The media consists of robust a sulfonated cross-linked styrene-divinylbenzene gel in hydrogen form, or is impregnated with various metal cations with different selectivities, as described in USP L17, L19, L34, and L58. Hi-Plex HPLC columns are available in 8 μm and 10 μm particle sizes.

HPLC Delay Columns for PFC or PFAS Analysis

The InfinityLab PFC Delay Column was designed and tested to efficiently delay elution of per- and polyfluorinated compounds (PFC or PFAS) released from pump parts, solvent lines and solvents that would interfere with detection and quantification of PFC in samples, inclduing drinking water, soil, and food. This product is recommended to be used with the InfinityLab PFC-free LC conversion Kit (5004-0006). The InfinityLab PFAS Delay Column is not an analytical column and is installed in the pump (see technical note shipped with the kit or literature below).
